GAME WEEK VS SYRACUSE 

Great bounce back win for the varsity and we liked what we saw from both JV and Frosh teams. Let’s continue to get better and have a great week. 

We apologize for the confusion last week and not being able to do the “money grab” with Justin. We had a schedule mix up BUT we are officially on for this Tuesday. Frosh will start at 4:30 PM and Justin will come at the end of both practices for the “money grab” and to deliver the water bottles for those that participated in the fundraiser. Anyone that sold 20 cards or more will participate in the “money grab”.

Varsity Practice from 4:00 to 6:45 PM (Shells)

Frosh Practice from 5:00 to 7:30 PM

TUESDAY - A Day

Varsity Practice from 4:00 to 6:45 PM (Full Pads)

Frosh Practice from 4:30 to 6:45 PM

*Fundraiser “Money Grab” at 6:45 PM

WEDNESDAY - B Day

Varsity Practice from 4:00 to 6:30 PM (Full Pads)

Soph Practice from 5:00 to 7:30 PM

THURSDAY - A Day

Varsity “Best Thursdays in Football” AM Practice from 6:30 to 8:00 AM

JV @ Syracuse, 4:00 PM

*Excused from class at 1:30 PM, bus leaves at 2:00 PM

Frosh @ Syracuse, 6:00 PM

*Arrive to school by 4:15 PM, Bus leaves at 4:30 PM

FRIDAY - B Day

Varsity vs Syracuse, 7:00 PM

Arrive to Weight Room at 5:20 PM

Uniform: Red Jersey, White Pants, White Accent 

SATURDAY 

Varsity Only Film/Conditioning 7:00 to 9:00 AM
