Varsity Practice from 6:00 to 8:00 PM (shells, JV will join practice once they return from game)

WEDNESDAY - B Day *Last Day of 1st Term, take care of business in the classroom

*Senior celebration will be after the game, plan to stay after and recognize the seniors. We will discuss more about the plans on Wednesday morning.

For the playoffs we will continue with what we have done in the past. All Sophomores will be invited to join Varsity for the playoff practices. Freshman will be by invitation, determined by the Frosh coaches based on the season and will be announced next week. For playoff games we will dress as many players as we have varsity jerseys.

•We are in need of donations for coach gifts. If you could please donate to that fund that would be extremely helpful so we can share our appreciation to them. Please put in the memo ‘coaches gifts'.

•We also are asking that senior families donate a minimum of $75 for senior gifts but this is optional. Please put in the memo ‘senior donations’.

Volunteers

•We are also still in need of Senior Night volunteers. We would please ask those parents of Freshman - Juniors to help so that senior parents can enjoy a stress-free night. Signups are also on the GroupSpot calendar for 10/15. It is super easy and laid back and if we all work together, it’ll be fast.  

Recovery

•We are inviting players to attend the Saturday sessions of our ‘Bumps and Bruises’ clinic. Saturdays at 10am is our football team’s designated time to go and have masseuses do spot work, use the ice tanks, infrared sauna, shockwave therapy, and compression therapies. While Saturdays are our time, you can also use the additional therapies, minus the masseuse, any day/time of the week when they are open. They are open from 6:30am to 8pm and are located in Centerville. The cost is $35/month and is something that most sport teams are implementing and can be used for the whole year. If the boys want to try it on a Saturday, they’re more than welcome to but this is very beneficial for their bodies after taking a beating. FROSH team is also welcome to join and come too and also welcome to use their facilities throughout the week.

*Varsity will play on Thursday this week and Wednesday next week. JV/Frosh will play on Wednesday this week. Next week Frosh are scheduled to play on Monday, and JV on Tuesday. This is due to field scheduling conflict with girls' soccer playoffs. Once dates and times are finalized, we will announce it. Be prepared to be adaptable.
